The promoter is SNATCH CLOTHING PTY LTD (ABN: 81 615 249 842) whose registered office is at Mudgeeraba, QLD 4213.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
COMPETITION DETAILS
The competition open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
Competition closes 8am Thursday 7th of November 2019. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
For your entry to be valid, you must tag a mate who you wish would buy you a Snatch Gift Card + why you deserve one in the comments below the social post.
Multiple, non duplicated entries allowed.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Employees of Snatch Clothing or 4WD Action, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not permitted to enter.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
PRIZES
There will be 3 winners who will each get a $100 Snatch Clothing Gift Card
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash or other alternatives will be offered in exchange for a prize and are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
HOW THE WINNER WILL BE DECIDED
Winner will be chosen on merit by an independent adjudicator appointed by the Promoter.
The winner will be announced by email (Snatch newsletter) Thursday 7th November 2019. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Winner will also be contacted by social media after the annoucement. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Snatch Clothing Pty Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Australian privacy laws.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter on this page.
